About

I am a Life Coach and member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). My personal and professional career has spanned two continents and thirty years.

I was born and raised in the United Kingdom. I completed my degree in Estate Management in 1995 through Reading University and subsequently qualified as a Chartered Surveyor, becoming a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

I first practised at Browett Taylor in Lincoln's Inn Fields, City of London. Upon my marriage, I relocated abroad working with the Director of the local chapter of the RICS in Property Development and Management and learning local practice.

In 2001 I spearheaded a global fundraising initiative in an attempt to raise civic awareness of social responsibility. I directed the JFOZC leading a multi-level team of more than one hundred volunteers worldwide and together we raised over half a million dollars.

I have been happily married for thirty years. Managing select projects, together with raising a family of six children has necessitated a great deal of juggling and self growth. Reaching equilibrium in all facets of my life has always been of paramount importance to me and together with my professional background in psychology and linguistics, this led to a natural transition towards the coaching field.

My leadership experience motivated me to help other ambitious women enrich their lives through becoming exceptional leaders.

My coaching approach subscribes to my philosophy that we are each a unique product of our skills, experiences, background, qualifications, strengths and talents and that by harnessing our strengths and developing our self awareness we can maximise our potential.

In this vein,  in an attempt to develop opportunities locally, I founded the Jerusalem Coaching Academy in 2013 which has subsequently expanded to  include a range of live and online coach training.

Looking forwards to working together with you.

Devorah

"Devorah is a natural leader. She is talented and creative, and has excellent organisational skills. As Director of a phenomenally successful fundraising event that ran globally for many years, she motivated her numerous volunteers to produce memorable and profitable  events that were appreciated the world over. It was my privilege to have worked with her at the time, and I believe her sterling personality will be appreciated by anyone else who has the pleasure of making her acquaintance."
